Funny note- I programmed for years prior to coming across this, and I had never really even thought about how there are only 3 primitive structures! If I had this back then man would that have saved a lot of headache, haha.

Sequences is a series of actions completed in a specific order, selection answers a question based on the situation, loop ask the same question over and over again until the task is completed
