There was something i found in Twilight Wings, i feel like this might be a good place to mention it. In episode 4 - Early-Evening Waves, there's those pictures on the end that show moments drawn out. On the picture of Nessa riding Milotic, Milotic is actually a shiny. You can tell by the blue "horns" and the yellow on it's tail. Just thought that was a cool thing, and I didn't know where else to post it, i have almost no other social media... also, great video, btw.

"Masters" is what gym leaders are call in Japanese games not gym leaders.

Chairman Rose was most likely named after the tudor rose, the national flower of England. And the Lancashire and Yorkshire rivalries you speak of, where they still happen today, they're most likely referencing the war of the Roses where the white rose of the house of York battled the red rose of the house of Lancaster.

Definitely wasn't a joke that thing was super busted for awhile LOL it's just like how they Nerf Gale wings a lot of stuff from gen-6 was too busted so they thought about it later on. Remember Mega kangaskhan got nerfed as well last unit and no longer does 50% on the second day but instead does 25%. I'm pretty sure this is part of their balance adjustments they are going by

at 7:44, I actually noticed that one of the stacks of papers has a light blue stripe and the Fighting & Rock gym symbols on it, while the other stack has a red stripe and the Ghost & Ice type gym symbols on it, which is very likely supposed to be a reference to the version exclusivity of those gyms (Fighting & Rock being exclusive to Sword, which has a light blue symbol, and Ghost & Ice being exclusive to Shield, which has a red symbol). I don't think there's supposed to be a pixelated Sirfetch'd there.

To clarify the sirfetchd "fact". I believe what you saw as the pixelated sirfetch'd was actually Gordie's gym logo. I believe the paper was actually something related to a match between Gordie and Bea.

Fun fact: in the gen 1 anime, Sabrina and Blaine are referred to as Gym Masters instead of Gym Leaders.
