I'm a little annoyed that Nazir and Babette (and Cicero) are the only surviving members. I would have loved to see how the remaining members would have reacted to Astrid's betrayal, especially Arnbjorn.

I kinda wish Bethesda kept their original plan for her, like the potential fortunes she could have had for the other factions in the game. Or say you go to her immediately once you get the token, you have two choices. Let things play out as they do, or have the chance in saving one other member of the family. Maybe two depending on your dialog choices, because I know I would have liked to saved Gabriella and Veezara.

One thing I hate about Skyrim quests, is that there are no intertwined quests lines. Other than the main quest line. Like how killing the emperor has literally 0 effect on the imperial side

you don't need to finish the whole DB questline you only need to get to the part when you get the olava's gem and then you can get to her to start that mission which is really good because you will get a better armor set from that (and is essential to get to the armor cap with DB armor set, along with other things and buffs).

I only keep Cicero alive for one reason and one reason only, if he dies who tends to the Night Mother cause it's not going to be the Listener! The only 2 dark brotherhood members I wish you could save are Veezara & Gabriella.

Do not need olavas token, In order to get the ancient db gear, you need the standing stone west of whiterun.

I have heard a lot of people say Olava was once herself a dark brotherhood member but due age she had to retire and now is just a former assassin in retirement

It's actualy reward for doing optional part of dark brotherhood main quest.

When i do Dark Brotherhood missions after i kill the target and complete the quest i use commands to resurrect them 😊
The contract only say that i need to kill them nothing about bringing them back to life 😆
