Top 3 Most Difficult Martial Arts In The World.
Number 3. Capoeira.
This Afro-Brazilian art is more than just fighting; it's a dance, a game, and a cultural expression. Don't be fooled by the rhythmic music! Capoeira demands incredible agility, flexibility, and coordination. Imagine spinning kicks, acrobatics, and quick takedowns all flowing together, that's the challenge of Capoeira.
Number 2. Muay Thai.
Also known as "Thai Boxing," this brutal art uses eight limbs, fists, elbows, knees, and shins to devastating effect. Muay Thai requires immense physical strength, endurance, and mental fortitude. Imagine brutal clinching, bone-jarring kicks, and powerful punches, that's the intensity of Muay Thai.
Number 1. Wing Chun.
This seemingly simple Chinese Kung Fu style focuses on close-quarters combat and intricate handwork. But don't underestimate its difficulty. Wing Chun requires exceptional reflexes, sensitivity, and the ability to redirect your opponent's force against them. Imagine lightning fast punches, footwork that traps your opponent, and techniques that turn their strength against them, that's the mastery of Wing Chun.

Donnie Yen and Mike Tyson really work well together in film. Their fight scene was really well made.

Wing Chun is the easiest style of kung fu to learn because that was the goal of the founder. She wanted an art that could be taught to the masses and get them combat efficient in the shortest amount of time.

1. Wrestling, or more accurately grappling art like Judo and Sambo.

2. Muay Thai, or more accurately South East Asian kickboxing styles like Muay Thai, Bokator, Yaw Yan etc.

3. Weapon based martial arts like Kali and Silat.

Fun fact, during the scene between Ip Man and Mike Tyson, Donnie Yen was actually afraid Mike would KO him😂

As Bruce Lee said, when the so called tough guy, in the movie, "Enter the Dragon" asked him, "What's your style?" He said, "MY STYLE? HMMM! FIGHTING WITHOUT FIGHTING".

Silat is underrated because it’s a deadly martial art and it is one of southesterns’ precious treasure. No one can easily learn Silat.

Freestyle wrestling is the hardest martial art to train and hosts the most brutal and demanding practices. Its effectiveness is also unquestionable. Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ have become the base for MMA training for a reason. Though supplementing with any other combat art is always advantageous

Ive seen way too many videos of wing chun losing fighters getting wrecked by boxers and thai fighters. Im convinced it doesnt really work in practical fighting overall but im sure it does have some moves that do work
