It’s never fun when a single OP character is the only reason a choice wins. Adding OP characters into the fold (Shinra, Rimiru, or almost anyone from FATE for example) makes it extremely boring because that character is just going to win and the rest of the idea doesn’t matter. You could have this entire list fight Saber and Saber would still win, that isn’t fun, it’s predictable and boring.

Agree for the most part, but something to note is that Kenpachi is 6 foot 7.5 inches tall. When taking away powers and equalizing stats that gives him a massive advatage in reach and given his experience he can prevent anyone from taking advatage of getting in too close.
No to mention that Kenpachi is a relentless madman that would definitely use unconventional (insane) tactics to kill his opponent.

I'm on the fence with this one. When you rank each person it actually defeats the point of the post. It's a team battle, which means unpredicted variables might pop up. How long whoever is fight Artoria will last against her plays a MASSIVE role here. If they hold on long enough to recieve backup the tide changes. If say Zoro is serious from the get go and takes out Erza in relatively little time, let's just say before Yami or Kenpachi gets taken out by Artoria. That 2v1 would actually be challenging.
I'd argue with the exception of Trunks, the women would have to 2v1 the men to win in good time to provide support for another member. Remember, with no powers, Artoria is a prodigal swordmaster, but she's still a woman with a female's core physicality. Heavy blows from any of the men might still cripple her arm if repeatedly struck. That was shown when she fought Cu. Yes, his NP prevented regen, but with it out you realize she's susceptible to everything the average swordman is. That's the real problem here. All of these women are insane in their verse, but usually have a hack that let's them stand on equal grounds with everyone else. In fact, the female team is so underpowered that Artoria being there is really restricted.
Mikasa is a monster in verse, but isn't immune to being handled if outmatched by her opponent. That's especially the case if she's without gear vs any type of trained swordman. She was ranked higher than Trunks, but really is worse of than him. She has no actual sword training. Her style of fighting is designed to fight monsters far bigger than her, and so are her weapons. Without an actual crossguard, she's likely to lose a finger or hand in a real swordfight. Mikasa is definitely going to take a bit to take Trunks out given he's no dummy, and has had his fair share of life or death fights.
Akame might be a skilled fighter, but her sword is literally a one shot kill, you only have to work so hard. She is NOT taking Kenpachi out if that's who's left to fight her. Her massive speed buff only comes from Murasama's poison, without it she's lacking in speed feats to compare to the men.
Erza is honestly the only other saving grace. She's well versed in so many weapons she's a joker, but that potential is stripped when her powers are removed. She's only got one weapon, maybe two max if we say she summoned another beforehand. In reality she's more a sword EXPERT. She's very knowledgeable and capable with multiple types, but never stuck with one style of weapon to really master what can be done with it. That point was made though, as you acknowledged Zoro edged her out in that regard. It's not just him though. That same principle goes for Kenpachi and Yami as well, which mean she stands to lose regardless of which of them she fights.
