saber may be skilled but to be honest we havent really seen it too much they only show it once in the anime in ubw assassin fight, Kenshins sword skills however have been shown to be top tier from the start seriously managing to cut people down without killing them is insane

I feel like we're all forgetting the fact akame predicted and moved fast enough to find a way out of a timestop ability by placing an after image. Literally predicted an instantaneous unavoidable one shot ability. Maybe they aren't first place but there definitely close.
