Alright. Who is the best #anime/#manga/#lightnovel #swordsman on this list?

9th: #akame from #akamegakill
- Akame is a very strong swordswoman with a lot of expertise. The only problem for her is the fact that everybody else here has better/more experience than she does.

8th: #afro from #afrosamurai
- Afro is one cold dude with the sword, but like Akame, he’s really lacking in the feats/experience department so he can’t rank any higher.

7th: #yoriichi from #demonslayer #kimetsunoyaiba #kny
- Yoriichi is a master class swordsman… lore wise. We never really saw much of his skill as a swordsman and going off word alone is kinda hard to do, so this is where he’s gonna rank. Which is really unfortunate given how much hype he has in the series.

6th and 5th: #gintoki from #gintama tied with #byakuya from #bleach
- Gintoki is one of the best swordsmen in all of anime. There’s no real doubt about that. However, he’s really lacking a lot of battlefield experience that the rest of the people on this list have over him.
- Byakuya is in the opposite situation. We know he has a ton of battlefield experience and is a master class swordsman, but the problem for him is a lack of feats involving his pure swordsmanship skills.

4th: #zoro from #onepiece
- Zoro is a master class swordsman and one of the best in all of anime/manga. His skills are almost on par with the 3rd place holder, but he’s lacking the experience advantage and showings of his pure swordsmanship to rank above him… for now. By the end of One Piece (in about 2050), I’m 1000% sure he’ll be the better swordsman.

3rd: #kenshin from #rurounikenshin
- Kenshin is pretty much the gold standard for swordsmen in anime/manga. They guy has a ton of experience, multiple feats of his martial prowess, and has taken on other masters of the blade in his verse. It’s kinda hard to not put him up in the top 5 of any ranking order.

2nd: #kirito from #swordartonline #sao
- LIGHT NOVEL Kirito is a master class swordsman with over 200 years of experience under his belt. He’s also defeated countless swordsmen in his time and essentially reached a god level of mastery. If you wanted to use anime Kirito though, I’d rank him around 8th or 7th at best.

- Saber is the best swordsman here without a doubt. She has been defeating master class swordsman for hundreds of years and given the fact that she does this across every route in the Fate multiverse and every iteration of her is specifically called a swordsman with nearly no equal, there is little doubt she’s ranked at 1st.

Its gintoki he fought in actual war against aliens at very young age. have real life experience it literally stated that he has been through life death situation so many time that death is as common as breakfast for him he uses a wooden sword but every time he uses an actual swords he breaks it there is no sword to fully work with his skill also gintoki adapt quickly majority of time he uses one sword but the moment he gets a second weapon in hands he easily adapts to second sword.

The others use actual swords gintoki uses a wooden one he bought from sales on tv which surprisingly has way better durability than most swords and it greatly boosts AP
