I am trying to decide if this is better than a Dbox.... I haven't tried either but when I spend it, I want to make sure it's on the right motion platform

hello, a little too aggressive! unrealistic from my point of view. You can give those settings with less violence! Then if you like it that way is another matter.
There is the site on purpose with the right settings.
