Should You Buy The Classic Ork Combat Patrol in 2024?

I'd been eyeing off the Orks Combat Patrol for a while (or just any Combat Patrol, really lol) but I was always hesitant to dive in. Are they still good value? Are they good in-game? Are they fun to make and build? Well, finally, I have my answer lol.

2024 is the year that I dive headfirst into Warhammer 40k, so get ready for a bunch of that stuff lmao

Late to the party but the pushfit ork boys kinda provide the reason for why the much much older not push-fit ork boys box (with one whole extra boy! For $13 less!!)) is still sold, you can still have all the fun with the various bits in a much easier fashion. You want ten shoota boys? Old kit! You want ten choppa/slugga boys? OLD KIT! You want your unit of 30 shoota boys with three rokkits to have a nob with kombirokkit? Well, you'd have to pick up the box of 5 nobs but you were doing that anyway for your bully squad of nobs and now you have a kombirokkit for the boys and a fourth powerklaw for the nobs!

I wish I'd bought this set, but now it seems to be out of print and its selling for £140 or more on Ebay. And ye I'm not a fan of the peg versions as I noticed the gaps as well and it is nice to at least be able to have different positions for limbs to make them not look so identical to each other.
