Honesty is the first of at least his first words were my life is not balanced for someone that has to do what they have to do for such a large trillion dollar company I would assume that it would be some thing that of great importance will carry a lot of stress. I would ask some thing like how do you decompress but yeah, it sounds more professional when you ask that way, but like about work life balance, but in certain situation, that is not a factor.
