I bought an auction car from pictures only and got more than I bargained for!

Sometimes when you buy an auction car you don't get exactly what you were expecting. This 1993 Mustang GT convertible is one of those auction cars. I bought it through pictures only, as I do with many of my cars. Once I saw it in person for the first time, my original plan for this car changed.

YouTube keeps deleting my replies so I’m done, sorry. Funny how the bots have no problem commenting. Get it together Google!

Oh man, how I miss this work. This was my favorite part, pulling to get the lines and fit back. I always loved rear crashes, no engine or electronics to deal with. Keep on Scott, you"re doing Great!!

I love the scream. Keep it up, never let that die, the real OG’s know what’s up.

Glad to have you back beating and bending metal again. Your repair videos are good and I love watching you expose the salvage crooks. But this is truly what you do better than most. Can't wait for the next exciting episode. Besides I have a soft spot in my head or heart or...where ever...for fox body Mustangs.

I have been wishing to see another one of your body rebuild videos as your sense of humor is killer in a good way.

If anyone can make this thing look good, you can. I could not believe how good the last turned out. Good luck looking forward to seeing it done.

My brother burned through a dozen foxbodies in the mid-late 90s. I remember him buying some for 50 bucks and driving them home. Then ripping the engine out to put in the 351C that would twist the frames. He could swap everything in a weekend towards the end.

Your humor and talent repairing these cars are what brought me here and subbed lol. I laugh at most of your jokes, especially the hair ones haha.. first video I watched was a heater core video on a chevy. I did my heater core that very weekend and fixed it! This was years ago btw... Appreciate you! Keep wrenching

21:32 that impact cutter can be used to "hammer" dents and accordian, just take an old engine valve and use it instead of cutting end. I made an oval and straight one to use on metal. You can make it "hit harder" just by pushing it harder into metal, it still kicks the same but your pressure makes harder impacts on metal, try it :)

Back when these cars were new, a salvage yard near my house rebuilt tons of these convertible GT's by combining front end wrecks and rear end wrecks. I could be wrong, but they were cutting them in half, under seats, and welding the 2 halves together and splicing the wiring and lines.
