I tried this recipe, but my sugar got too much heat and almost turned into caramel. If this happends to you, i recommend just ignoring it then put it in, and put the lemon juice in and blending it, then putting it in the freezer. After 30 mins, check up on it, and stir it. (And put it in the freezer again) You Can do this as much you’d like, untill you want to eat it. You’re welcome! 💗✨
