Get rid of cable get looptv. They'll pay you $20 a month per TV. Ditch the phone and get ooma. That's an extra $1500 a year in your pocket.

just a suggestion, what if you go full solar on the laundromat? i know it’s a big upfront investment but considering your profits i think it would be a good investment and will cutdown on electricity bills even more which means more profits monthly
