Missed the part after the lady mentioned the milkshake being completely artificial as well: Famine points out that wasnt an invention of his, all restaurant milkshakes are completely artificial with no nutritional value. Sold the whole scene for me.

Death was awesome, but in terms of concept/presentation Famine is probably my favorite Horseman. The way he preys on humanity's vanity to create "food" that doesn't actually feed you and seems to love the rich specifically cause they're actually stupid/disconnected enough to buy into it as a status symbol is poignant, scary and hillarious all in one.

I prefer book Famine purely because of how dark his interaction was with the woman he was dining with, lady looked like a living skeleton.

I love how the Four Horseman have adapted into modern times by taking various personas and jobs which allow them to continue their job more discretely and nobody notices

This was a plot line in The Outer Worlds. The food in the system had no sufficient nutritional value or caloric value . The system was unknowingly starving to death regardless of how much they ate.
