Unpopular opinion but the refusal to change the pay system is on the UFC Superstars. Not Dana. Dana is a selfish businessman but at the end of the day he is still a businessman.

The only way this changes is if the top fighters agree to go into collective bargaining with the little guys and refuse to fight until a deal is made. It'll probably never happen however. Guys who made it to the top will never risk their paycheck again after finally earning something significant.

If you pay a fighter too much money, they aren't gonna wanna come back and get punched in the face again later. So leaving them at a state where they NEED the money keeps your employees coming back. Not saying I agree but he's smart he knows what he's doing.
