S.C k liye 35 or General k liye 40 percent qualify ka bola jata h to atleast jo ye student ye marks gain krte hai to unke score card par simply qualify type Krna chahiye NTA ko, bcz of ye certificate or kuch nhi to atleast kisi school me teacher k liye to kuch plus point me helpful hoga, bahut se bchche hote hai jo knowledge hote huye bhi kbhi kbhi kinhi reasons ki wjh se or ye normalisation system se NET nhi ho pta hai to dukh jo hota hai wo ye NTA Wale nhi smjh skte hai.

First of all there is no compulsion to consider phd only qualification on all univerisities of india.. Reservation is playing mazor role here in this regard. Because some of the caste claims different category in state and centre. Some caste claims obc in centre and same castes claims sc/st in state.. On that basis cut off and competition may vary in both national and state level...i.e. There are major competitors from Up and bihar as these states dont have SLET exams and SLET exams are going to worthless..
As u can see, those who are qualified even in NET and PhD only, most of them are from northern state unlike south states.


So thats why it is feasible to withdraw category 3 phd only criteria and bring back the system which was earlier maintained.
