My point of view

1. There is no need for phd admission only category just let there be net/jrf as it is.

2. There is no need for mark normalisation just conduct each subject in one shift that way every student gets to compete fair and square.

3. Why questions has to be dropped? / they should be responsible for setting incorrect questions/answers.

4. Declaration of result after long wait is making me lost trust with NTA.

5. Can't afford to keep up with all this delays and irresponsibility.

6. Not for me but concern for upcoming generations.

I was about to prepare for net jrf but this shit made me go totally mad. As a general category student I can't accept that you've to get 80% marks in total to get JRF.

I have 198.86 points but sadly no NET but phd only in general category. I have worked good but got very disappointed now...

Main reason for high cut off
1) standarize ho raha hai ( other field like upse and dusre various exam ka log jo competitive exam mai master hai wo sab ugc net ki taraf attractive ho raha hai, prestigious exam ki tarah market mai value bad raha hai.)

2) competition bad raha hai naye khoon naye jhoos ke sath young candidate aaraha hai, jo purana student se kavi advance hai focused hai, aab to graduation ke 4th semister ke bachhe vi net de sakta hai
3) din jitne bitenge utna hi competition yada hoga, exam hard hoga
4) available resource online offline dono
5) paper-1/ one bohut yada matter karta hai.
6) Seat limited
7) Phd add hua hai naya

My 12 marks are reduced! My subject was - Commerce
I understand that normalization may be a part of the evaluation process, but I would like to
highlight that the exam was conducted in only two shifts (Shift-1 and Shift-2). It is
extremely concerning and questionable how such a drastic difference in scores could result
from this, given the limited shifts involved. A reduction of 12 marks is quite significant and
demands a transparent explanation.
This discrepancy is unacceptable, and we request a thorough investigation into this issue at the
earliest. We expect a detailed response regarding the methodology of normalization applied, and
why there is such a vast difference between the final answer key score and the official result.
All students who are feeling the same, please like this comment (not for getting viewed purpose) so that i can get a count of how many of us are facing this issue and also we can urge NTA to address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify any errors
that may have occurred. It is not only about fairness but also about maintaining trust and transparency in such an important national-level examination.

I got 224 marks in the final cutoff and now i am getting 221.34 marks, even after scoring such high score, not qualified for jrf, this is disgusting 😡. Even after more than 4 hours of the result, i am not able to believe how high cutoffs have gone . This is total scam .

Sir जो exam Jun 2024 रद्घ हुआ है जो कि केस चल रहा है उसका क्या होगा बहुत खराब आया है आप लोग बोल रहे थे कि P.hd के लिए 120-150 नम्बर चाहिए तो अब क्या होगा बहुत दुख हुआ अब तो net भरने का भी मन नही कर रहा है। कुछ गडबड तो नही है लग रहा है कि JRF के लिए पैसा नही देना चाहता है

Sir actually no of students qualified for jrf is only 0.73 % (4970/684224) which is less than 1 % that's why cutoff is very high for JRF
