He did those all WEIGHTED with perfect and ROM....OUTSTANDING...Most vids of challenges like this see a breakdown in form but not with Chris. Perfection!

Just found this guy yesterday. Recently got interested in calisthenics after moving away from power lifting for so long. While raw strength will always be my first love, this guy is surprisingly very likable and informative in regards to his discipline. Already almost got a handstand down and will progress from there. Keep up the good work dude.

I've lost 80 lbs over the last 2 years but I'm pretty sure I'm still too heavy to do this. Great motivation though. I'll get it eventually
