I was fan girling over it and showed my mama on the 9th of this month and that same night I told her I finally stopped crying everyday about the loss of my grandfather. The next day I got a text from my best friends little sister that just read my name. I knew I wouldn’t be good. We never spoke. I was scared and replied “yes?” And she informed me that my best friend was in a collision with a drunk driver who was in her lane and she died on impact. I’ll never be the same but thank God for the beautiful things that he gives us even the ones that get taken away.
