Hi. I like to quilt my own quilts. Am I basting it the same way as a cotton quilt. Tape the cuddle down on the floor, layer with Warm and natural and then the top? I usually pin baste about a fist apart. I like to heavily baste.

Do I put the scrim side of the batting up or down? And can I densely quilt it or should it be a little bit more open? Thanks.
