Is this Terraria Calamity weapon finally good?

Today a was fighted yharon and i remember this weapon in the 1.5 of calamity, and look stream gouge got seminerfed because in 1.5 just shoot light lances who ignored invulnerability frames.

I too noticed it last night randomly when fooling around in journey mode

Funny story, I finally beat Doggo and made the cosmic anvil and further more, made this weapon after like another hour of attempts, and i realized, that this was a melee weapon, and I was a mage character, and instead of crafting the alpha ray or event horizon, I made this instead. F**k my life
