i always thought the nuillfication pistol was funny af i used to troll my friends by shooting random mini bosses with it and my friends reaction was that of pure confusion it was great

1:28 I'm pretty sure Staff of Blushie is a reference to Elemental Unleash, an old Terraria mod created by Blueshiemagic (one of the creators of TmodLoader), which has 2 of the hardest Terraria modded bosses ever created called "Spirit of Purity" (the rematch fight) and "Blueshiemagic" (yes, the creator is the final boss lmao).

But yeah that's why the weapon has those weird older looking sprites since it's a reference to that mod. On a side note I played Elemental Unleash and I personally wasn't a huge fan of it because of how unfair and unbalanced some of the fights feel, but Spirit and Blueshiemagic are worth checking out, I didn't beat them legit but I just watched No-Hits on YT.

3:53 the thing is, when I was playing calamity infernum mode, the flak kannon (the upgrade) was very powerful as it grows stronger the more you hit enemies, it became very good and "perfectly balanced" the only problem was I had a harder time dodging, but the projectile from the flak kannon kept getting bigger and stronger so it was worth it!!

What if there was a chainsaw sub-class where the chainsaw naturally ignores a specific amount of armor? Base chainsaw ignores, say, 3 armor, but the later ones ignore 20-30 and have stacking debuffs like damage over time or other such things. Would be a pretty neat sub-class imo.

So fun fact: Nullification Pistol works (or at least, used to work on) Polterghast's clone. It is very funny to see it's eye be a 1/8th of your screen while trying to fight Polter with it

3:48 Flak is the short term for Flugabwehrkanone its basically german for ainto aircradft cannon wo it makes sense that u can only shoot it upwards but at the same time it doesnt given that Rommel used Flak to take out allied tanks in northern africa

I don't understand why you think clockwork bow is weird, it's a charge mechanic, also is absolutely a "perfectly balanced" weapon, for only being made with cogs and luminite, it can take you up to polterghast and old duke. (seriously give it a shot)

Fun Fact: You can get a dps almost that of a maxed out staff of blushie duration (staff of blushie auto cancels after you hold it for a certain period of time) if you use the chainsaw and press and hold on the tip of the chainsaw sprite and then go true melee.

I believe the rainbow cannon is a My Little Pony reference, and all the symbols the explosions produce are linked to the main characters somehow? I remember a brony friend flipping out when he got the weapon, and he insisted on only using it for boss rush.

Infinity - "Bad PC"
Infinity's the upgrade to Shredder. Anytime you use it, it fires for 10 seconds and has two modes, regular bullets or bouncing lasers. Not a viable option in combat, but it's funny to use a few times.
