In Both Smb1 and Sonic 1-3&K If You Were To Be Running at a Fast Speed and Press the Opposite Direction Sonic/Mario Would Turn around Like how MX And Xanthus Are Doing the Pose.

There's one very minor secret you missed out. If you try to enter any of the Sound Test codes before you beat "Let's Play", you can't play them, but it does trigger a small Easter egg. I've got a small video on my channel showing said secret in action.
