I love rewrite's vocaloid-like voice, it just sounds so damn good

I think I found some extra meaning in Rewrite saying "this cliche never dies." He's already self aware and has some access to your mind, so perhaps he knows he's one of millions of Sonic creepypasta characters. We also see this earlier in the song, since (to my belief) he's taking the forms of Sonic.exe, Majin, and Lord X, three iconic creepypasta Sonics. Perhaps he's trying to use that knowledge to his advantage, giving the player more of what they want (Songs against Sonic.exe and other iconic creepypasta Sonics) so he can invade their mind easier.

I love how he mentions Boyfriend meaning absolutely nothing to him and wanting you more, it’s a really interesting interaction I’d love to see more. The idea of someone having no problems or desire to harm boyfriend and instead going for you personally is just, really neat

Something about Rewrite is creepy because he is aware that he is in a game, as he say "through the screen i can see more, play the notes, it's so fun" literally what fnf is all about, u play the notes, and when he says "when you die we meet again" hints he knows that bf can rewind time, aka retry

I mentioned this on another channel, but the way Rewrite breaks the rules of FNF and walks up to BF is an absolute power move unlike any other. This character has become one of my favorite EXEs in a matter of hours. He is literally the concept of Sonic.EXE and is constantly rewriting the story, aligning with how EXE creators make their own variations.

What makes this so interesting is that you're given so little to go off of for this EXE.
He just sees it all as a game. No violence needed. Just straight to the point until you can never go back. Sort of like No More Innocence.

He imitates as a way to "help" the game reach its conclusion.

And the models and song itself are both reminiscent and nostalgic at the same time.
Sonic CD inspiration with other stuff thrown in....

It's genuinely off-putting for something so small and simple.
No complicated gimmicks or extra fluff to pad it out. Just...him...

The whole sonic.exe rewrite concept is amazing. So he's able to mimic just about anyone, and Rewrite's choice to pick the trio that started these EXE mods was a very smart move. I'd like to see this become bigger. The Trinity song is what I love the most.
