I like to imagine this as the mod collapsing, being destroyed, thrown into the bin, and Bf is just trying to leave it so he doesn’t get trashed. Xeno, however, can’t leave, and he knows that. So if he is going down, he is going to drag bf down with him.

it always makes me so happy to see fan made mods from a canceled mod! it's still a shame that the official 3.0 update was cancelled! but these kind of great fan made mods make let me think about it a whole lot differently! Its just amazing to see how modders are still making the most of the canceled sonic exe 3.0 mod! freaking love it

As another comment on another video pointed out, the current events that occured to the Exe mod make this an even better song scenario, it's like Xenophanes getting one last crack at BF before his mod collapses in on itself.

Honestly this feels like how it'll be, new smaller mods cropping up to basically fill the unfinished gaps left by the cancelation of the mod, two or three fan versions of soulless, and a few fan versions of songs that were planned but unreleased.

I find it exciting honestly, because with this going on, new exe mods will pop up, spurred on by the buzz surrounding the various unofficial fan stuff like this, and I love it

For a sonic exe fanmade mod this looks amazing, I really like that detail of bf’s icon is moving away from xenophane’s icon in that running health bar and also like how bf running just like sonic.

Final Escape lore: Boyfriend actually finds the final exit to the exe universe when xeno tries to stop him before he escapes, and the ring for xeno runs out and he actually fails to stop boyfriend from escaping…
