So, todays video is a bit of a rollercoaster.. initially I wanted this to be a what I eat in a day but this week I've been struggling with my appetite and foods been a bit all over the place (if you can't tell from this video) so just wanted to do a come prep with me style day for my half marathon this weekend which ended up with an injury flare up ... so we have a big mixture of emotions going on here BUT if you're watching this, I will of either completed ... or not ... my half marathon so fingers crossed for positive news over on insta @hollyb_fitness

I sometimes watch your videos because my girlfriend has PCOS and I make her the meals you recommend. She doesn't like to talk about it much, she has the feeling her body let her down a little bit. So I just make meals for her and "coincidently" they are good for her PCOS. Thanks

Congratulations on the half-marathon 🥳 I have recently overcame a running injury too, I had sprained ankle tendons, and the pain was unreal...I am so glad it's healed and I can run again. 😊 I have a nutrition question though - how come you are not loosing weight on 2000 cals, with all the running and training? Are you planning on increasing the cals further going forward? I have also been on 2000 and I have found that I am loosing weight but increasing feels scary, even though I know I have to gain weight...Thank you 😊
