Here's a simple recipe of white sauce pasta:

Ingredients:
- 250g fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

I found squewe's Channel very early back when he had like a few thousand subscribers. Of course i subbed even back then, cuz his videos were cut too well, fits my humor spot on.
