I am 70. I do daily pressups, squats, rows, and run 5 kms every other day. Hoping to actually get stronger!

thanks Eric. I walk, scramble and climb over the sandstone rock and boulders that follow the shoreline of the extensive harbour where I live. This gives me a great range of movement inc. balance, strength and aerobics. It is also a beautiful place to be. Loving your videos...

This is about the best thing I have seen about compound exercises with seniors in mind. So much is geared to much younger people and it is discouraging. This I can do at home and hopefully get stronger and fitter, as I add this to my cardio workouts.

Working at home alone IS so so hard. Can you put together a complete session of compound excersises we can ALL follow along...a bit of beat and encouragement would be stimulating xxxx n

Excellent content and presentation. I am 77 and have focused on walking - 5 to 10 miles a day. I'm just starting to do strength exercises. You ideas make sense. Please do a video on improving balance. That's our biggest risk. I am starting to jump rope and would like other ideas. Thank you!

I am extremely weak due to being totally out of shape then getting cancer then not leaving the house during the pandemic. Cancer in remission yay! these exercises are exactly what I need and can be made more or less difficult.

I'm old. 71. A lifetime bodybuilder. Many injuries. Many corrective surgeries. I'm not very enthusiastic about training anymore but do it out of necessity. And yes, I do all of the exercises you prescribed.

Thanks Eric, good reminder. I am 67 and just do compound (functional) exercises since that mimics what you might use/do in everyday life. Adding in cardio and stretching tops it off.

Thanks for being so articulate. I have done some weight lifting in my younger years, lots of isolation exercises. What you are saying makes a lot of sense. As a 65 year old senior I want to stat active to do the things I like. I bike 5 to 10 miles a day but I think I need to get back to weight lifting to keep my balance.
