ABOUT LET'S TALK ABOUT IT
You've probably talked to a friend or loved one about mental health at some point in time. Maybe you discussed personal challenges, or those of someone you know.

But what about all the other nuances — specific diagnoses, symptoms, stigmas and treatments. The mental health spectrum is as vast, complex and diverse as we are. Truly caring about mental health, means we're interested in every form and manifestation it comes in, and the individual people living those experiences.

Let's Talk About It is an interview series in which we take mental health conversations a layer deeper. Each episode explores a different condition — depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD. By sharing honest and diverse narratives from across the mental health spectrum, we hope to shed light on the individuality of mental illness. And remind sufferers and practitioners alike, that behind every diagnosis, is a person with unique symptoms and experiences.

ABOUT MADE OF MILLIONS
The Made of Millions foundation is a global advocacy nonprofit on a mission to change how the world perceives mental health.

Each year, millions of people around the world are diagnosed with a mental health condition. People of every age, country, gender and ethnicity. Millions more go undiagnosed, and are forced to battle their symptoms without the care and support they deserve.

As sufferers, we know their pain. We know the isolation they experience at the hands of cultural stigma. We know the anger they feel at media outlets who misrepresent their conditions. And we know the frustration they have with healthcare systems that make it impossible to find help. The Made of Millions Foundation wants to heal this pain.

Using the power of art, media and digital technology, we’re on a mission to transform how the world perceives mental health. And in doing so, create a safer and more inclusive future for sufferers everywhere.
