Zelensky seeks West’s support of heavy weaponry in his surprise visits to Britain and France

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky sought Western support for his country in surprise visits to Britain and France on February 8, which is his second foreign trip since Russia-Ukraine conflict.

In UK, Zelensky met with King Charles and addressed lawmakers in Parliament, where he pushed for fighter jets to ensure his country's victory over Russia.

After UK, Zelensky met French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz at the Elysee Palace in Paris on Wednesday night.
