Zelensky Open To “Compromise” With Putin, Slams West's Unkept Promises l US Bans Russian Oil Imports

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has denounced what he called the West's unkept "promises" to protect Ukraine. Zelensky has been demanding more fighter planes & a no-fly zone over Ukraine to stave off Russian attack. Ukraine has been asking NATO members Poland, Bulgaria, and Slovakia to donate their Soviet-era warplanes. Some reports say that Kyiv is willing to accept Moscow's demand to guarantee its status as a neutral country.

His naivety led him to assume that US & NATO are coming rushing for war to help him. But it is not too late yet, given the fact that Zelensky has finally recognized the reality of the situation. Being a neutral country is more viable option for Ukrain economically and on security wise.

Ukraine government aligning with NATO (and in bed with Neo-Nazi ideology) is not in the best interests of Ukrainians. Ukraine had many opportunities to strongly declare (demand under international law) their sovereignty and right to remain as a sovereign neutral state (kind of like a welcomed buffer zone between the crazies of the world). Russia would have been happy with a neutral state, and would have supported them. The EU would have also assisted. Any rational country would have supported peace and been very helpful to Ukraine. But, unfortunately NATO would never be satisfied with Ukraine (or the EU) having any true sovereignty. They want to fight all the way to Russia's front yard, using and sacrificing the Ukrainians to do their dirty work.
It`s the "either with us or against us" mentality. They do not negotiate. They only dictate.

Zelensky is such a "special child" - he takes much longer time to read between the lines and learn the basics. He has himself to blame for allowing his country to become a war zone to the detriments of his own citizens. The best he can do now is to accept failure and resign.

Zelensky got a nerve. He could end this now by dropping Ukrainian ambitions to join Nato (who doesnt want Ukraine to join anyway!!!) but instead he attacks west for not initiating WW3 by enforcing a no fly zone. This has been Nato policy from the start so I dont know what promises he is talking about. I feel very sorry for Ukraines people, but their government, along with those in the west are getting really annoying. Its time that Ukraine commited itself to a military neutral future for everyones sake. enough is surely enough
