The only way is to steam them!!! It works 100% of the time. I tried all methods with eggs that would not peel properly and this method was far superior! Nuff said.

Skip the additives. Just do one simple thing, instead of boiling, steam your eggs. Get the water boiling first. You can take the eggs right out of the refrigerator, put them in a steamer basket, cover and Steam for 12 minutes for hard-boiled, 8 minutes for a nice soft yolk. Then immediately plunge into ice water. The shells will come off so easily it is as if they peel themselves....

In japan, you can buy egg piercer for a dollar. You just tap the egg needle on the back to let air escape when boiling. Not only it makes it easier to peel, but it also gives the egg a fuller shape.

This works like a charm! Also peeling right after cooking while under running lukewarm water helps even more. Crack well too & roll gently. Peels will slide right off. I've been doing is this way my entire adult life. I perfected this method based on my love for protein, but my disdain for peeling a hard boiled egg. This was the best method I've come up with & have used for decades.🥚 Good luck! 🥚🤗😘

I add a bit of gasoline, Simple Green and a vacuum and it completely wipes out the eggs from existence.

Nah. I've tried every trick available. Even all of them at once. Or at least as many that can be applied to the same egg. And they still rip apart. It just seems completely random if you get eggs that are going to peel easy, or not.

When boiling eggs I add a bit of coffee. This colors the shell making it easier to see the peels

Vinegar trick works best then put the eggs in a ice bath, also to make soft boiled eggs which the yolk is soft and slightly running, boil the water 1st then add your eggs then let them cook for 6 and a half minutes then put them in a ice bath to stop the cooking process enjoy.

I've been doing this since gordon ramsey told me to. it does work, sometimes better than other times, but definitely never as bad as it used to be - what I need is an advice on how to prevent egg from cracking. I've tried leaving them at room temp for a while prior to cooking, but they still tend to crack too often

I like to use an instant pot (or any other pressure cooker). The high pressure releases the shell from the egg white and makes them very easy to peel. 5 minutes under high pressure, then quick release pressure, then put the eggs directly into an ice water bowl.

I grew up on a small farm and we had chickens. The only way to make it foolproof to peel is to age the eggs in the fridge for 3 or more weeks. Also to keep the yolks in the middle. Turn the eggs once a day. Never fails.

I put eggs in pan of cold water and let it heat to boiling. 20 minutes later I remove pan, run cold water in pan with eggs and immediately start peeling and the shells come off easily as soon as pan water is cool enough to touch.
