Whole grains are very good for you. These keto doctors that say it's bad, they are lying. I lost weight by eating whole grains.

Hm... the AHA is primarily funded by pharmaceutical companies who would lose money if we were all healthy, and by junk food companies like Kellogg's and Coca-Cola who would lose money if we stopped eating their trash. So when the AHA gives dietary advice - I do the exact opposite.

No offense to the lovely paid actor doing her best to sell this line of BS. I'm sure she's a decent person who just has bills to pay. But I ain't buying a word of this.

I gave whole grains a fair try, for decades, and I watched my health worsen and worsen and worsen. Now I eat very low carb and all of my previous health issues are gone.
