KT Tape Plantar Fasciitis Application Video

A new application from Holly Moriarty, a sports chiropractor from Haymarket, VA. This application differs from other plantar fasciitis applications in that it 1) has a toe anchor to allow it to stay on longer on a sweaty foot, 2) The second strip acts as arch support, and 3) The third strips helps pull the calf muscle back down to relieve pressure on the Achilles tendon.

I broke my back 5 years ago, and KT tape was a godsend through a year of therapy.

Can you remind me about how the second strip, for “arch support actually works? i.e Is the tibialis group stimulated or relaxed with this application?

Do have any videos showing how to tape if my foot 2nd 3rd finger having pain while running? It's like my foot fingers are the one whos taking my weight pressure..I already fix my Ball of foot pain by using some gel material.
