STEP 1 - CUT TAPE AND LAY ANCHORS
- Measure the tape from the ball of the foot to the top of the Achilles Tendon
- Cut the tape if necessary (don't forget to round the edges!)
- Rip the ends of the strip
- Lay the base of the strip with 0% stretch

STEP 2 - FLEX FOOT AND LAY REST OF TAPE
- Flex your foot
- Apply the rest of the strip with 0% stretch up the foot and over the Achilles Tendon
- Anchor the end with 0% stretch
- Rub to activate glue

STEP 3 - ARCH SUPPORT
- Cut a short strip and round the edges
- Apply the anchor underneath the arch of the foot
- Invert the foot and apply the strip with 50% stretch, pulling the arch up with the tape
- Rub to activate glue.

That's it. Just be sure to WAIT 30 minutes before exercising so that the glue has time to set. SPORTTAPE Kinesiology Tapes can be worn for upto 7 days through swimming, showering and sweating.

Is there a way to better secure this tape as when I put my socks on it moves the tape?
