I have tried several methods to tape my foot. This method has given me instant relief! I have been in pain for months and this makes it bearable to walk. This is the only thing that has helped. Thank you!

Thank you so much Dr Kristie for helping me relieve pain from my Plantar Fasciitis. I've watched many of your videos and they have helped in many conditions I never knew I had so bad.
I am both a fan and a patient. lol Thank you so much for what you do especially for those of us on a low budget who really can't afford a doctor. You are a life saver and really pretty too.

Brilliant video tutorial. I had plantar fasciitis for a long time and ended up having my feet taped regularly, it makes a huge difference and well worth learning to do it yourself. Thank you for all your videos they are so useful & informative, I'm learning so much from them!❤️

Hello Dr. Ennis, I just want to say thank you so much for your video on Plantar Fasciitis. After one injection and some exercises, it didn't work. my next option was to cut it off. Thanks to you and 3 month later I am pain free. your the best!!

I went without taping for a few days and noticed it started hurting a lot again. So that proved to me that using this technique definitely helps with the pain.

Thank you for this posting. I will forever have plantar fasciitis issues because one of my legs is longer than the other. I have started taking walks more but recently had to stop because of heel pain triggered by plantar fasciitis. Taping will help until I get proper walking shoes. The video on how to relieve plantar fasciitis pain was super helpful as well. I have gotten lazy at stretching pre-and post-walking.

I got rid of my plantar fasciitis by... barefoot running. It started an obsession. Went from never running ever to running over 1, 000 miles in a single year. 500 of those miles were completely barefoot. Never got PF ever again.

Thank you very much. This taping technique is helping a lot. Podiatrist that I consulted basically just sold me some arch support pads and she wasn't interested in giving any other advise.

A question. Is the purpose of the long tape (the one that loops from pinky toe to other side) basically to simulate function of fascia tissue perhaps ? Kind of having another tissue (tape) running & stretching in same direction gives additional support?

Thanks Kristie! Evry now and then PF is coming back to me, this time not painful but somehow not wanting to get less for a time😣... This way of taping is interesting and I never tried it before. First I still used my butter knife- cool. Lets see how it works...✌

I’ve seen so many different taping techniques. Which one would be best? I have pain in my arch, heel and inside of the ankle. Is it trial and error or does it not matter really

What is this tape called in the UK I am guessing it isnt the usual roll of plasters used for cut fingers..? Much needed as have been in agony for months and GP hasnt ever been able to help in past episodes
