Toplane is a bit of a double-edged sword for solo queue. Getting moderately ahead of the enemy toplaner and still losing because your role inherently has less impact than others is frustrating; however, there is a breakpoint where that stops being true. The roster of abominations in top can solo win games. With a slight or moderate advantage, it’s the worst role in the game. With a significant advantage, no other role can compete.

It actually isn't that crazy that Bwipo feels top can be easiest to climb with when you factor in how many raid bosses you can play in solo queue. Granted your team can lose the game for you pretty easily if you are top but the same applies to all the positions.
