Is it a good financial move to lease a first edition Charizard card?

My girlfriend and I needed to buy a new car 2 years ago. We looked at different options and leasing with the goal of buying the car cash at the end of the lease was the cheapest option.
I think the dealership was offering the best deal (lowest interest) on leasing because most people would be tempted to lease a new car when their current lease is up which would mean a new sale for the dealership.

Leasing is always so strange to me. You pay like 400 bucks a month, get limited miles, and still have to pay a down the privelige of driving a car?
