I think you should be able to do whatever is necessary to get them out even if you have to shoot

I share a family farm with my brother and sister. My sister called me and told me there was a squatter living in the farm house. I live 80 miles away, but drop over right away. When I got there it was just my brother and sister, and they had a fire in the pit with a lot of miscellaneous stuff in it. I asked what happened to the squatter. My sister laughed and said they pulled up and the squatter was outside and walked in. My brother walked in (armed) and had a talk with him. He said he wasn’t leaving, so my brother drug him out of the house and around the back side. He showed him the old well and said “the only way he could stay would be at the bottom of that well.” My brother told him to get his stuff in his car and leave the county and if he didn’t there’s several old wells he could show him. No one has seen him since. Everything he left behind my brother burned. We use the farm house as a hunting cabin in the winter, but decided to let my brothers oldest live there as a care taker for the farm.

Friend of mine waited until they left for work, then moved their stuff out, bolted windows and changed the locks. Did it work? Yup. Was it legal? Nope. Did they take him to court? No they didn't.

I’d just rather give the Hells Angels money to surround the house and give the squatters an option.

Screw that if I have legal documentation that proves I own and pay for the property and not them, then I will go in there with a crowbar or a shotgun and tell them that they have until tomorrow to pack their things and leave. They can't sue you for kicking them off your property! Screw the legal system it's time for us to take back what's rightfully ours. It is such a waste of time serving an eviction notice to somebody who is already illegally on your property

We had a squatter in our house, he ran our electricity bill up to $400 before we even knew he was there
the police went there The guy ended up, pulling a knife on the police. They arrested him. He got out of jail later, and then about a year later, the guy end up killing himself.
Lots of mental issues. Very sad.
