‘Squatter Hunter’ Helps Homeowners Get Back Their Property

There's been an explosion of squatting cases in the U.S. Nationally prominent restaurateur Adam Fleischman was recently accused of squatting at a Hollywood Hills home. Flash Shelton is the self-proclaimed “squatter hunter.” He says he's on a mission to reclaim properties after alleged squatters move in. The owner reached out to one person she hoped could help. Fleischman denies being a squatter, claiming he had a right to live there, but moved out just a week later.

He should get the homeowner to sign a lease with proof of ownership and just change the locks and when the squatters return just have THEM trespassed.

They're not just moving from one place to another They're destroying everything and leaving property damages to the owners and think im gonna get-away with this so that tge owners pay for all the damages
