Connie perhaps being a widow and 85 my life needs to be as uncomplicated as possible. Felt like too much for me to keep track of at this stage in my life. I basically live on a fixed income and don’t spend much money on things. I unclutterer my home when I can which make me happy. Your gentleness is what I strive for.

Making lists in my little notebook every day helps me stay organized and helps me clear my mind. I use a mechanical pencil, since I prefer pencil over pen, and then I don’t need my electric sharpener. I am much more connected to my own voice with writing than typing on a screen. I write everything in my little book.
In terms of the kind of stress we can’t organize away, it’s prayer . True peace comes through Jesus Christ.

Loved this video. As a homemaker, I get distracted by other people's demands on my time. I would like to know roughly how long you spend on each task so i know what's a realistic amount of time to block. How long do you spend meditating and doing yoga in the morning? Another video on how to figure this out would also be helpful. Keep up the beautiful work!

Thank you Connie. Listening to you explain how to organize already calms me down. Big time! I have noticed this about myself as well. When I think of everything I "have" to do....the anxiety builds. When I think of one task, finish it and then go on to the next, keeping my mind focussed, I feel a major difference inside my head & body.
I am going to watch this video again....and probably again! With your help, I will approach doing what needs to get done a lot calmer & happier.

I also just right down 3 task per day. The one task I hate to do first thing in the morning. Less feeling overwhelmed and less stress.

You just radiate this beautiful, peaceful aura about you. I have struggled with overwhelming anxiety for years to even get started with trying to create an organized daily routine. Hi Connie I’m struggling with building a routine and when I do have a productive day I can’t seem to stay consistent another thing is my sleep pattern I didn’t sleep until 5 am uk time this morning it’s now 1:27 early afternoon and not even started my day this is really affecting me I’m beginning to loose the little motivation I have and I’m feeling useless at the beginning of this new year I’m looking at your video seeing how well you are teaching us and I’m actually feeling ashamed of myself I’m 59 years old and I don’t want to go downhill I’m really wanting to turn my life around I live alone and sometimes feel like I’m wasting my life please can you give me a specific advice many thanks’ thank you for your video I’m struggling

Hi Connie: Great tips! I unfortunately don't have a mobile to download my daily schedule, just my home laptop. I tend to write doctor appointments, physical therapy, haircuts, friends, and family appointments on sticky notes that I post on my bathroom mirror. I also have additional notes in other places. I need to see things posted and not hidden away or I'll forget about them. Your compute app with three goals/day seems like a great idea. I'll have to see what I can find that's like yours. It will allow me to see myself in my bathroom mirror LOL. Thanks! Jenny
