Thank you guys so much for talking about autoimmune disorders! They're more common than people realize yet not enough people understand them unless they suffer from it themselves. Anyone of any age can suffer from autoimmune disease.

I just feel “off” 90% of the days. I feel like injecting directly in my brain some kind of stimulant.
- Brain fog - check
- Feeling tired all the time in my brain - check
- chronic migraines - check

I just want to find a way to feel more brain energy.
Sport just make me feel more tired, even though I do it every day lately. Other conventional remedies don’t work: healthy diet, supplements, salted water, caffeine, drinking plenty of water. They just don’t work.

I started taking Doxycycline 50 mg about 3 months ago. After the first day, I noticed pressure on the left side of my head. After 4 days, both sides felt pressure in temples, as if a belt tightened around my head. I was advised to stop taking, so I did. I wish I never took it. Anyways...I started getting excruciating pain between shoulder blades too. After numerous ER visits and tests such as CT, my results were coming back normal. That's great, except I was realizing a VERY different reality. Torment. The only thing that helped me was an IV and treatment with steroids Prednisone. It seemed to help a bit with neurotransmission. Once I stopped my two weeks, though, the bit of progress reversed. Eventually, the pain between shoulder blades was from GERD and globus feel. My neck felt paralyzed and my chiropractor saved my life with adjustments. After trying the TMJ exercises per Bob and Brad, the vicegrip agony around my jaw has lessened, enough to know they work. Thank you.

My question is: What can I do or take naturally that will help restore my brain health to before the Doxy?

As for this video, I'm a witness to brain fog leading to slow thinking and so on. Before the med, I was much quicker etc. I could play video games, but now I'm shut down.

I hope this helps somebody. Please reply if you have a suggestion. I've had allergic reactions to Almond and Oat milk, and a vitamin D3 supplement that contains soy and corn oils.

Now I tend to get more "grinding of the gears" than brain fog... Mind you loud music brings on headaches for me for the past 20 years... In my youth I played bass trombone in jazz band and had the trumpet players on a platform behind me... and during practice, they would often all gather together at one music stand (often behind me) and point their trumpets down as they studied the new music... at the end of a several hour session I would have a splitting headache... essentially a sound concussion and have to sleep for up to 16 hours before I started feeling better. It also happened during concerts we would sponsor... Maynard Ferguson and his band... Maynard blasted the trumpet loud with amplification (not needed at all) -- he did the instrumental version of the Rocky movie song (Gotta Fly now) with the screaming trumpets... I barely made it home that night... had to drive home and could barely see. Was out until the next night.

I'm a big fan of Bob and Brad -- but I think this particular video should be pulled. There is no description of "What to do". Just somebody saying that brain fog is sometimes due to inflammation and that books are available from the guy being interviewed. Just no reason to watch the video.
