FUN FACT:
Toph was the only one that could ever suprise azula or throw her off guard. In the episode, “The Chase”, Toph sneaks up behind azula and knocks her to the ground when she was surrounded by Aang, Katara and Sokka. Toph also took azula by surprise during the invasion. Solka was running at azula because he realized she had captured Suki. Azula was about to attack him when Toph suprised her, pinning her to the wall. Toph is only one that could do this because in season 2, azula tells Long Feng that she can read people by their eyes. However, Toph is blind so azula couldn’t read Toph and react quick enough to her attacks. Also, Toph is blind so she has to rely on her other senses like hearing and touch, so naturally, she would probably walk and move quieter than a normal person so that she could hear better.

And for Strategies she surpasses Iroh too. She did conquer the city of Ba Sing Se he was not able to.

Well, against Zuko, I think we could all agree that Ozai would win, right? And we know as a fact that Azula’s terrified of him, so even if she had the skill to, she wouldn’t be able to win their fight. So it really just leaves Ozai vs Iroh. But wait! Towards the end of the series, when the Gaang asks Iroh if he could fight the Firelord in Aang’s stead, he admits that even he may not have the power to defeat his brother

So… OzaI really wins

IQ - Iroh (self-explanatory, though an argument could be made for Azula or Ozai)
BIQ - All - Zuko (Ozai and Iroh have decades of battle experience and Aazula has a tacticians’ mind, only Zuko is left out.)
Agility - Azula (self-explanatory)
Abilities - Azula (blue fire, lightning, + in comics lightning redirection, booster flames)
Experience - Iroh + Ozai (While Iroh is older, both have lots of experience and Iroh has gotten a bit old)
Potential - Azula and Zuko (Iroh and Ozai are in their relative primes, Zuko and Azula are close and are not at full potential yet)
Creativity - Zuko + Iroh (Iroh talks the most about incorporating other elements, but we see Zuko practice it more overall, and in fact it’s very arguable that Zuko Alone should get the point)
Durability - Zuko + Ozai (Ozai has taken lots of hits, and Zuko was able to take the brunt of an explosion (he shielded himself from some of it with his firebending but still impressive))
Combat Skills - Tie (Ozai and Iroh have more experience with combat, Azula is far more precise in nature, but Zuko is able to adapt new combat styles keeping him relatively on par)

Strategies - all (Zuko is the only one who is doubtful here, but even then he’s come up with some decent ideas overall)

Azula likely loses, her potential does not make up for everything, and Iroh can’t win against Ozai’s higher power.
Ozai takes this, high-extreme diff, stop sleeping on him just because he lost to Aang.

iroh is a complete unit literally a one man army. he learned fire bending from dragons, he knows how to utilise other styles of bending for his advantage, he can generate lightning and reflect it, and he has insane knowledge and wisdom truly he's the strongest fire bender ever

The creators of the show called Ozai the strongest fire bender in the world, and his physical durability during his and aangs fight is insane. Not even iroh thought he could stop him, azula admitted she couldn’t, Ozai doesn’t need sozins comet to be OP as hell.

Poor Zuko, the fandom always nerfs him, the boy is strong breaking steel with his feet, he has very good combat skills such as swords, night fighting and bare-knuckle fighting.

That's poor, Ozai is Firelord not just because because he was born in the right family, the creators confirmed that he is the strongest firebender of his time! Battle IQ he is probably tied with Iron, he is the fucking leader and ruler of a very strong and successful nation

Nah u trippin' IQ/Battle IQ is Zuko. Zuko is the same dude that by himself defeated Zhao, snuck into Zhao's facility while not using his bending and recaptured Aang, while injured from an assasination attempt snuck into a water tribe undetected and recaptured Aang again. Now logically u CAN say it's Iroh but Zuko has more feats and what's more impressive is he did all this by himself. Not with no army of elite soldiers with him. Zuko >>>
