5-minute cheap lazy meals under €1,50! | burrito bowl, noodles & mash

COUSCOUS BURRITO BOWL
for 4 portions:
1 can of tomatoes €0.50
1 can of corn €0.55
1 can of black beans €0.79
burrito seasoning mix €0.69
1/2 cup couscous €0.50
1 bag of tortilla chips €0.40
2x avocado €2.00
€5.43/4= €1.36
Add the tomatoes, corn, beans and burrito mix to a pan. Heat it up over high heat for about 2 minutes, then add in 1/2 cup of couscous and stir. Serve with tortilla chips and avocado.

SECHZUAN NOODLES
for 4 portions:
400 g pre cut vegetables €1.50
200 g szechuan sauce €1.39 (from Lidl)
200 g rice noodles €0.75
120 g cashews €1.40
€5.04/4= €1.26
Start by boiling some water. Stir-fry or steam the vegetables for a minute or two, add in the sauce. Fill up the sauce sachet 2 times with the boiling water to use up all the sauce. It will serve as liquid for the noodles. Add in the noodles and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add some cashews to top it off.

MASH AND VEGGIES
for 5 portions:
2 sachets mashed potato €0.75
500 ml soy milk €0.45
1 veg stock cube €0.05
1 can of lentils €1.07
1 large can of peas&carrots €0.64
1/3 cup dark soy €0.40
€3.36/5= €0.67
Start by boiling the amount of water required for the mashed potatoes (according to the package). Then add the lentils, peas and carrots to a pan, along with 1/2 veg stock cube and 1/3 cup of dark soy sauce. Let this heat up over low heat while preparing the mashed potatoes. Add then boiling water and soy milk, along with the other half of the veg stock cube. and serve! optional: some fresh basil leaves.
