My screen just started doing this. I have to slide my finger down the crease to "push" the air pocket out from under the factory screen protector. I'm hearing rumors about a tri-folding Galaxy phone coming, so I am trying to wait until the new phones are announced. If my screen was as bad as the one in this video, I would have to upgrade immediately, which would be HORRIBLE because whichever Galaxy I purchased now would be obsolete by the end of the year. Hopefully, mine lasts 🤞🏾

Same here. First it was a small Black point in the Center then a white line and then it looks like yours. Expensive crap. Was my second and last fold.

Tengo un FOLD4 hace un año eso nunca me pasó hace un mes le saque el cover flex de protección porque tienden a durar 1 año como cualquier cover q se desgasta con el uso.... El error es dejarle el cover y seguirlo usando, ademas de que no lo usas con funda y lo cerras como si fuera un libro o cualquier cosa! asi nada te va a durar, que queres que te diga....

My fold 3 experienced the same issue four days after the warranty expired. When I contacted Samsung, they said they couldn't help me but wanted to point me towards one of their locations for an in-person repair. When I checked, the phone I had already paid $2700 after taxes for was going to cost over $900 to fix.

The identical thing happened to my screen before spreading to the entire display. Now, there is no internal display at all.

Samsung This is an awful move on such an expensive phone, if you read this. But we are aware that the corporate Giants don't care.

My outer display broke and the inside display was getting bad thankfully my insurance asurion not only replaced my phone but upgraded me to the z fold 4 for only $100.00 was super stoked.

Me too. Luckily enough, I have insurance with my bank, so it's away right now being fixed. Thank goodness for that!

No one talks about how the screenprotector gets a bubble in the crease and the pressure from the air bubbles breaks the screen because it's very thin glass and that's why you always see a bubble on the screenprotector when the screen is broken in the middle like that, easy fix, you see a small bubble forming simply remove the screenprotector and apply a new one or raw dog it 😏

It is ripping off, and my phone got damaged within a year. So disappointed and all the money gone. There is black line in fold part, so so so upset and tried first time samsung and i am really not happy
