I bought my used 2007 mustang from a Hyundai dealership and I think the key fobs are after market, anyway I tried to connect them and now my car alarm will go off every time I put the key in the car and won't start

Since this waste of time doesn’t say it. How the security system works is there is a sensor around the ignition cylinder that senses a specific frequency from the chip in your key. If it doesn’t sense that frequency, you can’t start the car. The anti theft companies use a handful of different frequencies in a specific set of frequencies.
So knowing this, there are 2 wires running out of your sensor around the ignition cylinder. You strip a section of both wires (do not cut completely, for you need it to relay the “sensor” to the pcm.) and sauder the resistor between the two wires. The frequency doesn’t have to be exact. I think there is a 10 to 15 percent leeway. If you had your key you could just measure the resistance with a volt meter and you’d know what size resister to use, but this assumes that we have no key, so it would be a matter of trying different resisters until you got the right one.
You would also have to hammer a flathead screwdriver into the ignition cylinder to turn it so you can unlock the steering wheel, or you’ll have to break the wheel lock by violently turning the wheel back and forth or if you’re lucky your car will have a way to bypass the shifter interlock via a pin under the steering column or a slot by the shifter (if it’s a on the floor shifter)

You’re welcome, it’s not easy, will test your patience but I’ve successfully done this 3 out of 3 attempts

This is completely worthless to someone who is standed after losing all their keys in the middle of no where. None of this is actually bypassing the system with no keys only either reprograming/purchase a kit for more than a locksmith charges or rednecking an existing key close to the ignition cylinder. Which isn't a bypass at all. This is totally titled wrong.

I was told some time ago that there is a wire you can cut to bypass anti theft. Doing so won't cause any problems just kills the theft part.
