Upgrade Free Trial to Paid Account

actually i clicked on dismiss icon when i open google cloud account but now i want to find out upgrade option please tell me where i can fine that upgrade thanks in advance

Upgraded, still cant get the GPU (my quota for GPUs is 3)... What is the point of 300$ free credit if you dont provide the GPUs?

What happens when you exhaust the free trial credits before its expiry date?

I did this, the button went away, but billing still shows "Free Trial" as Expired and my maps don't work.
