Tried the always free account, now trying to upgrade it, but I keep getting a page with an error. And when trying to talk to support about how to upgrade, support says my account doesn't have access to support...

Failed to upgrade the paid account, but successfully charged the credit card

Tried more then ten times to add my payment method with visa card. Add all correct informations and always get the message "The transaction was declined."

I can't upgrade from free tier cus I got insufficient balance on my credit card, (not empty) what do I do
