I think a Lea lover needs all of these options. I Need to get the competition set. I think it would be great for traveling. And, on busy days when I want a quick cup. I like the way the brewing cup sits on top on the bowl to drain. I definitely am going to get that.

I also have a tall glass infuser thermos. I use it at home and on the go. It make’s great cold brew. The glass cup infuser is great too for green tea.

Hi Alice, You're one of the best explainers I have ever had the pleasure to listen to about East Asian Teas and Tea-Ware. I've only seen your first two videos, but that's all it took to convince me. I just had to take the time to share with you how pleased I am with what I saw, and looking forward to watching the rest. I'm convinced you already know there is just a huge tidal wave amount of fascinating History, Experience, and Knowledge about East Asian Teas and their many different kinds of Brewing Tools and Containers, so I'm glad to see you share some of that, in small enough bites, most of us can understand, so we can feel better about making informed decisions, over which of your many Teas and other Items, to purchase and try out. I also like your beautiful Logo, which I'm guessing is a Tea Plant Blossom, yes? Most Tea Cultivars are Exact Clones of their Selected High Value Tea Plants, to get the exact duplicate of more such Tea Plants to increase production volume, and harvest their Tea Leaves from, so flowers and seeds are not needed, and almost unknown, other than by University Researchers looking to Hybirdize and Cross-Fertilize Flowers and make New Kinds of Tea Plant Seeds, to Grow, and find even better Tea Plant Variants, to introduce to the rest of us for our enjoyment. Next to just plain water, East Asian Tea is the most consumed Liquid, by far, of Human Beings, and I think CHINA is the World's Biggest Producer, with an Annual Volume of over +100 Million Tons of East Asian Tea Production. We LOVE your Teas, and I'm so happy we can get them from Red Blossom Tea Company!!!

I discovered your shop during a trip to San Fran in July 2023. What a delight! I brought home so much tea 😁.

I also bought the Gong Fu set, but I was too intimidated to use it… until today! A new order of six teas arrived from you today. I finally used my set and it was so easy!

Tea is such a beautiful plant medicine for me personally and in my Reiki practice.

Thank you for your passion and your teaching!

My spring gaiwan and tasting cups (and server) are some of my most treasured items. I still have and use my old essential gaiwan set and use that as well.

Hi Alice, First, let's let everyone know, "Do Not Use Boiling Hot Water, to Brew Tea"... !!! You will Destroy the Tea when you do that!!! To keep everyone happy (Great Taste, Aroma, Flavor, and Finish) with their Tea Brewing. Please, everyone, Come Up To Speed on the Absolute, "Three Requirements", for Properly brewing tea... (1). "Water Temperature" (get and use a Programmable Electric Water Kettle, to Exactly Set the Correct Water Temperature), (2). "Brewing Elapsed Time" (this is in Seconds, so get and use a Stop Watch), and lastly, (3). "Actual Infusion Details", for Each Brew (it's different, each and every time, so you Must make All the Changes, to keep everything "Good To Go", Each and Every Time, for Best Results). Nobody told me any of this, so my entire Life, I just kept using Boiling Hot Water to make my Tea (destroying it), and could not understand why it would turn Bitter shortly after I made it. I did not realize I was Destroying the Tea, every time I did that. Now I know better, and now, so do you. Tell us, whether this makes Better Teas for you too.
