Thank you for this video. I have a question I hope you can help. I'm trying to understand what comes of tea when you are doing a tea leaf reading. The tea remains in the pot and gets poured into the cup and stays in there while you are drinking it because the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup will serve a purpose. Ok, so, in this instance we are basically just over steeping the poor teas and drinking the bitter tannins and things? Any advice on teas that are OK to use when you need to leave them in the pot and tea cup?
